One address for everything: a first order, a change to a standing order, a Saturday look round the grow rooms. It comes straight to the farm on the edge of the Barje, and Rok answers it.
One Address
Messages that arrive before 15:00 on a weekday are answered the same day. Anything later, or at the weekend, gets a reply the next working morning, usually before the crates go out.

Picking runs four evenings a week, so a message sent at night still gets read first thing.
Where and When
The farm is a former cold store in the city, and the van goes no further than the ring of towns below. For the first two weeks of every August the rooms are emptied and steamed and the van stays parked.

Free in town from 3 kg, €12 a drop out to 35 km with a 5 kg minimum. No post, no couriers and no households. Delivery in full, and what we turn down.
August Closure
The grow rooms are scrubbed and steamed while Rok sits by a lake. The van is back on the road the Tuesday after, and standing orders get the exact dates by the end of June. Rok’s note on the closure.
